Bifid renal pelvis with ureteropelvic junction obstruction
Bifid right renal pelvis. The right pelvicalyceal system appears mildly dilated with an abrupt change in caliber at the ureteropelvic junction, with no gross filling defects seen, nor radio-opaque calculi.
