Contrast from prior CT scan. Incidental note of duplex collecting system on the left with ureteric duplication that unites prior to emptying into the bladder. 

Case Discussion

Bifid ureter is a variant of a duplex renal collecting system, where there are two ureters that unite before draining into the bladder via a single ostium.
