Bilateal absence of tarsal navicular bone

The CT scan demonstrates:
- absence of the tarsal navicular bone bilaterally with enlarged talar head and elongated talar neck
- decreased joint space between the talus and cuneiform bones with sclerotic changes, osteophytes, and subchondral geodes
- degenerative changes are also noted of the anterior talocalcaneal joint as well as the cuneocuboid joint
