Normal breasts at mammography. Implants intact.
Unusual to have augmentation implants and nipple jewelry.
Case Discussion
There is an increased risk of infection to the prosthesis with piercings in situ. This is true for any piercing in the breast: a breast abscess post-piercing is not an uncommon complication.
