Multiple calcified oily cysts identified in the anterior and middle third of the breasts. Characteristic findings of steatonecrosis.

Case Discussion

Fat necrosis within the breast is a benign inflammatory process that tends to calcify in its late evolution. 

Exam classified as BI-RADS II.
