Enhancement in bilateral carotid body tumors (paragangliomas) with splaying of internal and external carotid arteries.
T1-weighted images: hypointense signal intensity.
T2- weighted images: high signal intensity.
Post contrast Т1-weighted images: intense and homogeneous enhancement.
