Presentation
Sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus and vertigo.
Patient Data

There is a poorly marginated homogeneous enhancing mass lesion centered at the left jugular foramen and causes destructive changes along superolateral margin of jugular foramen. Lesion causes erosive change at ipsilateral jugular spine, posterior wall of vertical segment of petrous internal carotid artery, mastoid segment of facial nerve and floor of middle ear cavity. Left mastoid cells were opacified.
On imaged obtained from neck; there are oval shaped Lobulated vividly enhancing mass lesions at the right and left carotid bifurcations.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are the most likely consistent with multiple paragangliomas.
