Bilateral clinodactyly is evident. Bony alignment is normal, There is no evidence of periarticular erosion.

Case Discussion

Clinodactyly is derived from Ancient Greek term: 'klinen' meaning 'to bend' and 'daktylos' meaning digit. It is the radial angulation at the interphalangeal joint, in this case affecting the 5th digit 1.
