Presentation

Bilateral limitation of supination and limitation of extension in the right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 2 years
Gender: Female

The proximal end of the radius does not match the ossification center of the capitulum humeri. The finding is more prominent on the right side. There is sclerosis at the proximal radioulnar junction indicating synostosis.
