Bilateral vertically oriented talus bones of both feet. Bilateral equinus calcaneus.
The sole of both feet is a rounded convex rounded "rocker bottom".
Navicular bone is not yet ossified bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Rigidity and irreducibility of talonavicular dislocation are characteristic features of congenital vertical talus. Oblique talus is one of the main differential diagnoses of congenital vertical talus, which hasn't rigid deformity (reducible).
