Low back pain, radiating to left lower limb.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Right S1 nerve root is conjoined with L5 nerve root at L5/S1 level, instead of S1/S2 level.
Left S2 nerve root arises from left S1 root at S1/S2 level, instead of from thecal sac at S2/S3 level.
