Abdominal pain ?free gas.

Gender: Female
X-ray

Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Normal cardiomediastinal contour. No free subdiaphragmatic gas. Bilateral coracoclavicular joints.

Case Discussion

The coracoclavicular joint represents a true synovial articulation between the conoid tubercle of the clavicle and the superior surface of coracoid process of the scapula.
