Abdominal pain ?free gas.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female

Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. Normal cardiomediastinal contour. No free subdiaphragmatic gas. Bilateral coracoclavicular joints.

Case Discussion

The coracoclavicular joint is a normal variant and represents a true synovial articulation between the conoid tubercle of the clavicle and the superior surface of the coracoid process of the scapula.
