Info

Bilaterally distended lacrimal sacs are more pronounced on the right side, relatively thickened lacrimal sacs more pronounced on the right side, dense fluid in the left lacrimal sac is more consistent with haemorrhage, and fluid in the left mastoid and middle ear are seen. Right eye temporal deviation is also seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the typical non-contrast MDCT features of bilateral and asymmetric dacryocystitis and dacryocystocele which being bilateral is relatively rare.
