Case Discussion
CT features of bilateral ectopia lentis of atraumatic origin in this case.
Ectopia lentis is defined as a subluxation or dislocation of the lens of the eye due to dysfunction or disruption of zonular fibers. Most commonly due to trauma. The commonest atraumatic etiologies are Marfan syndrome and homocystinuria.
