Case Discussion

The ectopic pathway of the infraorbital nerve is a very rare anatomical variant of the sinonasal anatomy, which presents a risk of nerve damage during eventual endoscopic sinus surgery. It is important to describe so that the surgeon is cautious in case of surgical intervention.
