Presentation

Painful swelling of the right scapular region, especially on movement.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

The MRI sequences demonstrate bilateral ill-defined soft tissue masses located in the infrascapular regions, deep to the serratus anterior and latissimus dorsi musculature (larger on the right). They display an isosignal to the muscles on T1, iso-to low signal on T2 with moderate heterogeneous enhancement mainly on the right.
