There is CAM type deformity of bilateral femoral necks, more pronounced on the right. There is also borderline acetabular over coverage on the right, suggesting a combined type femoro-acetabular impingement.
Ossified fragments, in a triangular distribution at the posterolateral acetabular margin on the right likely represent an area of labral ossification.
No fracture identified.
No plain film features of osteoarthritis.
Case Discussion
Femoroacetabular impingement usually presents with painful limited hip motion. The cam-type is more common in young men.
