Two 85×25 mm and 55×25 mm thin walled non enhanced tubular lesions are seen at right and left adnexa respectively. Both ovaries could be defined separate than mentioned lesions.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most likely compatible with bilateral hydrosalpinx which is a descriptive term and refers to a fluid-filled dilatation of the fallopian tube. If the fluid is infected then it is a pyosalpinx, if bloody, then hematosalpinx.
