Secondary infertility for 6 years.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female
  • bilateral distal fallopian tube block with fluid-filled dilatation of the tubes and without peritoneal spillage

  • contrast fills the uterine cavity normally, with no evidence of contour abnormality, filling defect, septum, stricture, mass, or abnormal cornuate configuration

  • intravasation of contrast into the left ovarian vein
