Known case of cervical cancer, presented with bilateral lower limb swelling for two days.

Bilateral common femoral vein and popliteal vein show heterogenously hypoechoic material within their lumen and can not be compressed fully. There is a little bit of residual lumen showing color filling.
Case Discussion
Above mentioned findings and clinical presentation are consistent with acute deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs. There is an increased risk of venous thromboembolism in patients with malignancy. A decrease in survival rate has been reported in patients with cervical cancer having venous thromboembolism 2.
