CT stone protocol, prone:
Tiny calculus in urinary bladder. In light of mild right hydronephrosis (not shown), the calculus was most probably ejected recently from the right ureter.
Two mature cystic ovarian teratomas behind the uterus and cervix, one on each side.
Case Discussion
Incidentally discovered bilateral mature cystic ovarian teratomas. The calcific component is probably teeth.
