Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Pelvis

x-ray

No fracture. Incidental note of bilateral os acetabuli and pistol grip deformity of the left femur which may cause femoro-acetabular impingement.

Case Discussion

Os acetabuli can be congenital and represent a normal variant or can be degenerative in nature and may indicate underlying pathology.
