Bilateral lytic foci on anterior margin of oval window (fisula antefenestrum).
Case Discussion
Fenestral otospongiosis is a cleft of fibrocartilaginous tissue between inner and middle ears just anterior to the oval window demonstrated in CT as lucent foci in early stages that show sclerosis later on (otosclerosis at the late healing phase).
