The MRI sequences demonstrate bilateral ovarian masses (larger on the left) of complex signal intensity. The right mass is mainly of fatty component with internal nodule (Rokitansky nodule) with minimal, and regular peripheral enhancement of the mass as well as the internal nodule. The left mass shows fat-fluid level as well as an internal nodule of complex signal intensity with no significant enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
