There are bilateral ovarian masses of complex signal intensity, measuring 53 x 40 x 38 mm on the right, and 48 x 43 x 40 mm on the left. They demonstrate an attenuation of the fatty component on T1 fat sat sequences with a chemical shift artifact on T2. No enhncement seen on postcontrast sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features most consistent with bilateral ovarian dermoid cyst.
