The uterus is measuring about 40 x 60 x 80 mm and shows heterogenous parenchyma signal intensity.

The MRI sequences demonstrate bilateral ovarian masses of complex signal intensity. The adnexal masses are mainly of the fatty components with internal nodule (Rokitansky nodule) with minimal, and regular peripheral enhancement of the mass as well as the internal nodule.

The right ovarian dermoid cysts measures about 37 x 44 mm and 10 x 15 mm in their maximum dimensions. The left ovarian dermoid cyst measures about 35 x 45 mm in its maximum dimensions.

Dermoid cysts on both sides show water restriction on DWI images.

There is also a 38 x 45 mm fluid equivalent signal simpe right sided para-ovarian cyst without water restriction that shows thin rim of enhancement on post contrast images.
