Bilateral ovarian endometriomas

The right ovary shows a well-defined cystic lesion 27 x 20 x 20 mm of high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat, T2 shading sign with no contrast enhancement. Two small adjacent cysts measuring 4 mm and 6 mm of similar signal are also noted.
The left ovary also demonstrates a well-defined cystic lesion measuring 26 x 25 x 24 mm of high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat, T2 shading sign with no enhancement on postcontrast sequences.
Normal appearance of the uterus.
