The uterus contains several small myomas less than 35mm.
A 76×67×40mm cystic/solid mass with internal fat density component and a 7mm calcified focus is seen at right adnexa. A 57×44×39mm mass with a large fat density component is also noted at left adnexa. Both ovaries cannot be defined separate than the mentioned masses. There is no sign of local invasion to adjacent structures and no regional lymphadenopathy.
Features are consistent with bilateral ovarian teratodermoid.
