Bilateral ovarian teratomas

Abdominal pain. No contrast admitted (the patient refused) .

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Female

Paraumbilical  hernia with laparocele and some air - fluid level, visceral fat edema near the abdominal wall.

Incidental finding of bilateral ovarian teratomas with calcifications and fat inside.

Case Discussion

The lesions seems to be almost certainly teratomas, even though there are no macroscopic teeth fragments (pathognomonic) .
