Bilateral parotid gland lymphoma

Presentation

A 50-year old man presented with bilateral painless neck masses

Patient Data

Age: 50-year
Gender: Male
Modality: CT

Enhanced CT neck and thorax demonstrates bilateral enlargement of the parotid glands.There are also opacification and mucosal thickening of ethmoid air cells. Several abnormal lymph nodes in the internal jugular chain bilaterally. The vocal cords are normal.There are no mediastinal lymphadenopaty or pleural effusion.

Case Discussion

A 50-year-old man with bilateral enlagement of parotid glands.

Biopsy proven diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
