Bilateral proximal radio-ulnar synostosis

Presented with head injury but was found to have limited pronation and supination of both arms on clinical examination.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Male

There is bilateral proximal radio-ulnar synostosis. The proximal radii are somewhat hypoplastic.

Case Discussion

A completely incidental finding unrelated to patient's presenting symptoms.
