A 35×20mm well defined mass like lesion with homogenous enhancement is present at right middle lobe. A 20×15mm small one with similar appearance is noted at left lingular segment.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most consistent with pulmonary arteriovenous malformation (AVM).
The multiplicity of AVMs suggests hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT), also known as Osler-Weber-Rendu.
