KUB showing multiple renal stones in both kidneys especially in the right side.
The right kidney is smaller than the left side.
After contrast injection, regarding the multiple renal stones in the pyelocalyceal system and chronic obstruction of the right kidney, the nephrogram phase is not well seen.
Delayed pyelogram phase also is seen in the right kidney.
Blunting of the left kidney upper pole calyces also is seen.

Patient with right-sided renal colic and a history of renal stones.
