CT-scan shows extensive ascites with peritoneal carcinomatosis and bilateral heterogenous enhancing ovarian mass, which is suggestive of bilateral ovarian carcinomas vs Krukenberg tumors.
Case Discussion
The histopathological diagnosis of bilateral cystadenocarcinoma was later confirmed.
