Huge bilateral staghorn calculi. On the left the stone extends beyond the PUJ into the upper ureter.
1 cm distal left ureteric stone, 4 cm proximal to the VUJ. No hydronephrosis.
The remainder of the upper abdomen is unremarkable.
Phenomenally large bilateral staghorn calculi.
A stone moulding of the collecting systems which is exquisitely illustrated with volume rendering.
The urologist is going to have a very busy and long PCNL session trying to get these mightly stones out.
