Gender: Female

Triangular opacities seen medially in both breasts represent the sternalis muscle. Only seen on the CC and Cleavage views

Case Discussion

Uncommon for bilateral sternalis muscles to be seen. 

When bilateral as in this case, they are usually asymmetrical.
