Bilateral subgaleal hematomata

Huge extracranial hematoma that crosses the sutures. No skull fracture (on bony reconstructions not uploaded). No intracranial abnormality. The hematoma has areas of mixed density. This represents a huge subgaleal hematoma.
Case Discussion
Almost circumferential soft tissue swelling predominantly located around the vertex. Features are of a huge subgaleal hematoma.
There was no history of trauma. Further investigation revealed an underlying hematological abnormality and bleeding diathesis.
