Anterior dislocation of both temporomandibular joints. No fracture.
Case Discussion
This illustrates the difficulty in recognising a perfectly symmetric abnormality. The mandibular condyles are both sitting anterior to the articular eminences and are not in the mandibular fossae. The jaw was subsequently relocated with the alleviation of symptoms.
