Bilateral distal fallopian tube block with fluid-filled dilatation of the tubes and without peritoneal spillage.

Case Discussion

Bilateral hydrosalpinx that refers to a dilated fluid-filled fallopian tube, filling with contrast and with absence of free spillage into the peritoneal cavity.
