Bilateral distal fallopian tube block with fluid-filled dilatation of the tubes and without peritoneal spillage.

Case Discussion

Hydrosalpinx occurs when a distally blocked fallopian tube fills with fluid and bilateral hydrosalpinx is a common cause of infertility.
