Bilateral distal tubal block and bilateral hdyrosalpinx. no immediate or peritoneal spill could be detected.
There is a thin tract arises from the fundus and fills an irregular cavity with contrast which empty its content later on.

Ultrasonography confirms the presence of contrast material within the fundal myometrium suggesting this cavity to be intramyometrial rather than extra uterine leakage.
