Presentation

Chronic bilateral flank pain and hematuria.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Dilatation of the distal ureter is noted bilaterally, more prominent on the right side, and surrounded by a thin lucent line resembling the cobra head sign.
