Left liver lobe cystic lesion with lobulated outline measures about 85 mm. There is associated upstream biliary duct dilatation more obvious on the left lobe. Smaller cysts are noted at segment VI and segment II.
Case Discussion
The presence of upstream bile duct dilatation, less than three coexisting cysts, THAD, and the left hepatic lobe location were found to be major findings for the differentiation of biliary cystic neoplasms from simple hepatic cysts.
