See the loss of the pseudocapsule on the right of the lesion. It blends into the surrounding breast parenchyma.
Case Discussion
This lesion was called a fibroadenoma. The loss of the pseudocapsule warrants biopsy. Don't just accept this is a fibroadenoma without tissue sampling.
This case can also sometimes be classified as BIRADS 0 since the mammographic images are not available. Or else it is BIRADS IV
