An irregular, hyperdense, retro areolar mass with spiculated margins is seen in the left breast.
Associated nipple retraction and skin thickening are noted.
Bilateral axillary lymphadenopathy.
Case Discussion
The findings are compatible with a BIRADS V lesion.
