Initial presentation with spontaneous pneumothorax. Cystic lung disease discovered on work-up.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Scattered lung cysts, many with a lentiform appearance. These are most numerous in the lower zones, particularly the middle lobe.
