Case Discussion
The patient also had LUTS with ultrasound also demonstrating prostatomegaly and post void residual >100 mL (not shown) - presumably chronic bladder outlet obstruction has led to the bladder calculus formation and subsequent mucosal irritation leading to hematuria.
