A lesion is present in the bladder which has a hyperechogenic rim with distal shadow. There is prostatic hyperplasia measuring 120 cc (increased in volume, with respect to the previous scan measuring 73 cc).
Case Discussion
Bladder calculi occur either from migrated renal calculi or urinary stasis.
