Presentation

Lower abdominal pain. Difficult urination. History of recurrent urinary tract infection.

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

Large well-defined smoothly-marginated slightly elongated radiopaque stone overlying the bladder.

After correction of contrast, it easier to see the stone's lamellated structure in the second image, including lamination of the stone.
